Shadow & Trees Massage Therapy

Third time's a charm. Significantly reduced chronic pain. I went to Matt because of his years of experience and knowledge of different massage techniques. I made sure to tell him what I was experiencing (pain, relief, etc.) during the massage so he could adjust according to my needs. By our 3rd session the pain in my lower back has been alleviated and has not returned. Matt was able to manipulate the tissue in a way that has kept my muscles and facia relaxed even with my very active lifestyle. This is a must for my wellness and more ease in my body.

Matt is great and very skilled as a massage therapist. He takes his time getting muscles to relax with ease he checks in and focuses on areas intuitively. Great setting and I felt very comfortable in his care. Definitely will be returning for additional body work. 4/8/25 Had my second massage with Matt and it was again a great session! He did some active stretching with me this time and worked on some trouble areas I was having in my shoulder and ankle/calf. I was like well cooked spaghetti when he was done and felt so much better.
