Amazing place!! As a division I football player, I can confidently tell you Theralete is the place to go if you are an athlete. Yarden is an incredibly knowledgeable therapist who truly understands injuries. Every time I come in, she listens carefully to my condition and gives me the treatment I need to get back on the field as quickly and safely as possible. But it’s not just the physical healing — she always welcomes me with a smile, and the atmosphere is so warm and supportive that it heals your heart, too. Plus, sometimes there is dog therapy! I always leave feeling better both physically and emotionally. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Yarden for the past 6 months and she is truly amazing. She is incredibly attentive and really takes the time to understand your concerns and tailor treatment to your needs. I started seeing her after slipping a disc in my neck, and I can’t thank her enough for helping me heal and strengthen my body to prevent future injuries. On top of being an excellent physical therapist, she’s also super fun to work with, which makes every session enjoyable. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone with PT needs. I can't say enough good things about Yardin, the owner of Theralete. My daughter is a gymnast and has been seeing Yarden for about 4 months. Before seeing Yardin my daughter didn't like physical therapy. That has changed since she started coming to Theralete. Yarden has a fun easy going personality, very knowledgeable, encouraging, and always has a positive attitude. Being a former gymnast herself and explaining how the therapy will help my daughter improve her gymnastics has been great. We have seen such a transformation in such a short time.
