I took my niece there for a sick appointment here when her parents were out of town. They seemed frustrated trying to schedule us in. When I came in she was much kinder at the front desk. After that we had a nurse with red hair and she just rushed through everything. She seemed tired and frustrated too. Atypical pediatric nurse. I’m not sure if they are overbooked but the overall experience was poor.

I have stayed in Holly springs my entire child hood and adult hood . I have a son who’s been going to this location before it changed to advance, he was been going there for 7 years . The medical providers would completely FMLA paperwork because my son has a permanent condition that’s life long. I had an issue for the first time with a provider there on not completing the paperwork and I was advised they didn’t care if I lost my job , now this happened back in 2025. This year comes I’m needing to schedule an appointment for my 3 year old and new born who was born 1/14/26 I get a call that the appts are cancelled and I called today 1/16/26 to confirm why . The operator who answered the phone stated they dismissed you from the office . No warning or letters or anything. I never threatened th

The front desk employees are very nice, and helpful, she helped me to get an appointment the same day. The medical assistant was very patient and took her time to write down everything. Dr. Castro is very professional , great and nice. She explained everything and give us informations and instructions to follow for the medication. Answers all my questions. Give me extra time for more explanation. I have a awesome experience today. The office very clean and organized.

We have been at this practice for 10 years but it has been making changes worst and worst. We arrived to our appointment and they canceled becase I didn't confirm 1 day before. I never received emails, calls or messages related to this appointment. I call 1 week before to confirm the time and the lady never told me about this new policy. They have been changing the appointment several times because Dr. Castro wasn't available. The front desk is rude, unprofessional. I check in to the app to send a message and they deleted my son profile. Sadly we are moving to another practice.

It was my first time seeing a pediatrician with my newborn baby, Doctor Castro was amazing!! , The nurses , The waiting area have some amazing energy, I’m so happy that I found this place!!
