DO NOT COME HERE. They are the most unprofessional, rude, and the least empathetic people I have ever interacted with. They just want money. I went because I am experiencing strange symptoms and a late period, and I am bleeding but it is not like normal menstruation. The lady that was "taking care of me" told me that I should call an ambulance because I could be experiencing an ectopic pregnancy and I "could die". They mocked me pretty much and belittled me when I mentioned the possibility of implantation bleeding. Once I said it was possible, she asked what implantation bleeding was and then she said "is something implanted in your vagina?". A MEDICAL "PROFESSIONAL" doesn't know what that is? If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Every single time I went there or even CALLED, there was a problem. The patient portal doesn't work. Every time you need a prescription refilled, even if monthly, you have to make an appointment. The reception desk says they'll call you back and never do - multiple times! Every appointment, even if made with the same practitioner, seems like your initial appointment because they don't remember you. This clinic might be fine in a pinch - for something acute - but for regular care? Absolutely NOT.

The first time I went here, they were very nice and routine. The second time, they asked me if I had been treated for something already before even telling me that I had the condition and were just kind of rude and rushing me out despite being less busy than the first time around. It was also a follow up after I had been to the ER, and I was told that "they weren't really sure what I was there for" (I had told them three times). The reviews also dropped almost a full star in the short time I had been seeing them. This is a decent place to go if the correct staff is working that day, but I regretfully will not be coming back if not all of the staff is coordinated and friendly like they were the first time.

Terrible management. Made an appointment and seen walk-ins get seen and leave faster than me! The nurse said it's be they walked in 2 minutes before I did! Why even make an appointment? I waited an hour past my appointment bc of these walk-ins going first. Providers and staff are great. They need to rethink their system if they are going to take walk-ins with appointments. *to the delusional response-I think you responded to the wrong review bc not once did I say anything about staff laughing and as far as cops, I have no idea what you are talking about. I was seen, checked out with the front and have a follow up appointment for today. There was no foul language. But thank you for these false accusations, bc we will not be back.

Visits here run like an assembly line: no consistent doctor-patient relationship, just hurried, detached encounters. The staff often appear unhappy, and it bleeds into their interactions. The front desk team, especially the one with short black hair who always has a mask on, comes across as brusque and lacking in professionalism. Efficiency is a foreign concept; everything takes longer than it should. If your issue goes beyond a simple cold, flu, or headache, spare yourself the hassle and head somewhere else.
