Star Discount Pharmacy - Madison

I appreciate the people that work here so much. I have been going here for years and I always received quality care and service. They are professional yet personable at the same time. They know what they are doing and I never had any problems getting my medications. Even if there was a problem, they worked hard to resolve those problems! They deserve more than five stars! 👍

I love the feel of a hometown pharmacy where they know me. If a script comes through and the price is astronomical they let me know so I can call and have the doctor prescribe something else. There have been so many instances where I have had questions and they have been so helpful. They know me and my family and I don’t feel like a customer but a part of the family. I trust them and they take care of me.

Best prices, best people, and fast service. They are a small business that makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I used to go to the bigger pharmacies here in Madison, and everyone was so rude that I was dreading picking up medicine at their locations. At Star Discount in Madison, they are like a family. They treat you with respect and are thankful for your business. I only go to the other places for the store. Not the pharmacies department.

I've been w/Star for 9yrs +. They always have time to answer a question or questions. Friendly like family. Their new location has a drive up window which is great when getting off of work! I've never had a bad experience here, ever! Always super positive & they go out of their way to get Dr. offices to get on their pre-authorization forms if needed. They re the best!

Staff refuses to communicate causing me to make multiple trips to get my daughters prescription. I just left out and meantioned how inconvenient it is when they don’t communicate and the woman rolled her eyes and said I’ll tell them you want to be called. She was dry, offered no apology or understanding and she was completely unconcerned that I just wasted time driving across town to get a prescription that is still not filled and they received almost 3 weeks ago.
