Just a great overall experience! Julie was a good conversationalist, helped me identify the pain points I was dealing with, and applied the correct technique to alleviate my pain. She helped me with some stretches at the end of my session that really made a difference. Would definitely recommend! Clean facilities, great ambiance, Great price, better people! 10/10

Terrible and borderline seemingly illegal. I’m leaving this review to help others make an informed decision. This was not professional massage therapy. In New York, legitimate licensed massage therapists (LMTs) operate on a clear, flat fee model and do not pressure clients for tips or add charges after a session. The massage itself was poor quality. The practitioner did not demonstrate basic anatomical knowledge, and the work did not feel therapeutic or trained. Pricing was unclear and changed at the end. After paying the stated amount, I was pressured for additional money with vague explanations. This is not standard or acceptable practice in legitimate massage therapy. Went for a spa with my partner but was cheated 😢 we paid for our couple’s massage and even tipped. The staff then told my partner to swipe again, he did as he thought it didn’t went through and they charged a $100+ extra 😱😱 we messaged them and they denied asking us to swipe… who in the world would swipe for an unknown $100+?? Common sense. Be careful, better to avoid. EDITED: we have already messaged the spa but the staff claimed that we “offered” to swipe again for a tip. Additionally, we DID NOT requested nor got any “additional services”. We left in an hour after the massage in the morning. We have reported this to the police and it’s classified as a fraud case. BEWARE!!

Called last minute and they took me right in! Running the marathon and they did a wonderful job. Really nice and clean facilities. Highly recommend! Bringing my friends and family here.

Fantastic massage and very reasonable price. The rooms are clean and private and the table was wide and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and eager to please and delivered exactly the massage I wanted. I will definitely be going back!
