I love it! 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend. I didn’t have to wait at all. They were able to accommodate me and do both my back and knee today because someone canceled their appointment. Front desk very kind and helpful called my doctor to verify information, I didn’t have to do anything. The Tech was an angel from Heaven. I wasn’t able to bring my walker into the mri room so he helped me walk to the room and helped me with not being so scared. I love this place.

As someone who suffers from anxiety and claustrophobia, I was very scared for the open MRI. The receptionist was very nice and even though I was running late, they accommodated for my poor timing so many thanks. My favorite experience was with the technician, her name was Tatiana. She was very sweet, attentive, and humorous. She helped calm me down before the process began and even after everything was done, she made me laugh and provided a wonderful experience. She’s a great asset to the location and now I feel relieved for my second test in the near future. Great location and staff!

The staff was friendly. The MRI tech - I didn’t get his name - but a male, had an accent. He was super friendly and professional.

Don't even bother showing up early or on time for your appointment. Waited over an hour in the waiting room after showing up early. You’re better off going to the ER and taking your chances on getting an MRI in less than 2 hours there. Would give zero stars if that was a thing, better yet they owe me some stars. 0/10, would never recommend this place, save yourself the time and get an MRI from a professional.

Absolutely despicable. Scheduled an appointment at noon but their MRI machine broke. Was told to be in the vicinity and only called back 6 hours later, but was not seen for another 2 hours (total of 8 hours). I live 2 hours away and my medical transportation was canceled as a result of going way past my appointment time. They decided it was acceptable to see another patient immediately meanwhile make one patient wait 8 hours. Employee Julia was exceptionally disrespectful and went on a power trip claiming "she made the rules." Highly inappropriate and unacceptable behavior.
