PM Pediatric Urgent Care

Deeply grateful for the excellent service they provided for my daughter. I brought her into the office this past Friday as a walk in after a health scare at home and my mommy instinct told me something was not quite right with my baby. Everyone at the office took my concerns seriously and all the friendly staff really made me feel at ease. From the office, they recommended that we head to the emergency room. My baby ended up hospitalized for 4 days. We got a call from the office Friday night as well as earlier today to check in on our daughter and see how she was doing. They genuinely care for their patients and I am so glad I chose them as our urgent care. Thank you again from the Ortiz family.

My toddler had trouble breathing and the team immediately checked his oxygen and started treatment. The doctor and staff were quick, caring, and professional. He improved right away. Very grateful for their help. Thank you!

Yes, we did not have an appointment, and we understand that it was very busy. However, we waited for two hours initially, which was understandable. What was frustrating is that no one informed us that the wait would be extremely long. If we had known, we could have made other arrangements. The child was feeling very unwell, and only an elderly family member was accompanying the child. We continued waiting for nearly three hours in total, under these circumstances. This situation was unreasonable and unacceptable.

A great team that helped us feel well informed when my little one was sick. Super informative and helpful. The kind of medical team you want caring for your sick child. Couldn’t recommend enough 😊

Pm pediatric in Westbury is amazing. The staff and doctor took good care of my 3-yo daughter. Diagnosis was made quick and medications were given right away. She got much better after the visit. Highly recommend for parents who worry about their sick kids and don’t want to wait in the emergency room for hours. PM is fast and efficient.
