Absolutely disgusted by this place. Our bunny passed away and they were the third vets my husband called to cremate our beloved Floppers. My husband went there and had to wait outside. A staff member came and took his body and walked away. Then someone came out with the bill. The person asked about a urn. They said one of the doctors makes them as well. Told my husband it was custom wood work. For their best one was $65.00 and my husband said give him the best one. We got his ashes and urn today. And I am flabbergasted at the appearance of this JUNK!! There is no way in hell is this thing worth 65 bucks!! And they sealed the top!! I had to have my husband open it from the bottom. It had 2 screws. Inside was a ton of sawdust!! I wish I can say that I believe this is my bunny in that bag, b

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at Stafford Veterinary Hospital during an emergency visit. I called ahead and after explaining my situation, was told I could bring my dog in at 2:20 for urgent care. Despite that, we were left waiting until 3:10, and my dog was never examined or even touched by anyone on staff. After waiting nearly an hour, a member of staff came in and all I was told was to call Poison Control and then go to an emergency hospital if advised. This was something I could have done from home instead of bringing my sick dog in and delaying care. When I said I would’ve gone directly to the ER had they not told me to come in, the only response I received was, “I know, sorry.” There was no sense of urgency, no assessment, and no accountability, which did noth

After rushing our kitten to an ER vet and being given an estimate of over $10,000 for surgery (she swallowed a string), we brought her to Stafford Veterinary Center and the staff have been nothing short of amazing. From calling us with regular updates, showing genuine compassion and care for our sweet girl, giving reasonable estimates... they’ve gone above and beyond to help her, and us, through this terrifying experience. We are so grateful for their kindness, skill, and support. ❤️🐾 You saved our babies life.

Absolutely amazing facility. We were desperate as our dog was in pain and they got us in right away and took great care of her. We had minimal waiting time, the staff and vet were very kind and helpful. We are for sure changing all of our pets over to this place. I would highly recommend them.

Moved to the area a few years ago and we couldn't be happier. Kind and caring staff, true animal lovers, always very accommodating despite their always busy schedule! we appreciate you all so much.
