CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacist is a judgy and overstepping rude person who has no empathy or compassion. When my insurance and doctor approve prescriptions per guidelines she needs to fill it and not leave nasty notes in your file that I can see. Very unprofessional. I changed to Walgreens. Smooth sailing with them so far!!

I've have multiple prescriptions filled under different insurance providers at CVS and they have NEVER gotten my coverage right - I'm always sent go deal with the insurance on my own to straighten things out. Somehow, Walgreens has never had a problem but my current insurance isn't accepted there.

The pharmacy staff has no clue what they are doing. Spent a better part of my day on the phone with my insurance company because they said my prescription was not covered. I knew it was. Person that was looking it up never asked for help. Never the same person in there helping customers and this is the second time this has happened to me. I’m only going there because my insurance says I have to. Looking to switch insurance if I can and if not going to switch to another CVS.

Katelyn, in the Pharmacy, was very helpful! I was going to cancel a procedure because I could not afford the medications required. After speaking with another pharmacy technician and with my own insurance company, to no avail, Katelyn suggested I check the manufacturer's website for a discount. Thanks to her I do not have to cancel my procedure. She is worth her weight in gold. I sincerely hope her employer appreciates her as much as I do.
