Had my own appointment last month at 8:40am and after waiting for 30 minutes, was informed that the doctor was 'stuck in traffic' and wouldn't be there until 10. Just took my daughter there this morning for an 8:40 appointment and after waiting 30 minutes was informed that the doctor was 'stuck in traffic' and wouldn't be there until 9:30. The staff there are nice, but the doctor clearly doesn't value other people's time. I'll be going to Tolland Eye Care in the future

I’ve had less than stellar customer service. Every single time I leave a message no one calls me back, I have to call at least three times. I feel optical is overloaded as well as checkin and understaffed. I purchased a pair of glasses, a surprisingly expensive pair of progressives, that did not come out right I couldn’t read with them. They redid the lenses and still don’t work. We agreed on a return and refund and I’ve called no less than six times and no one will get back to me. I’ve even emailed the office manager and no response back from her. I paid in full day of in good faith but where is my return good faith? I work for a medical office and the customer comes first. It took a lot for me to write this but I’m so disappointed. I feel like as a customer I don’t matter.

I had a wonderful first visit today with Dr. Riley and the whole team. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The office is clean and modern feeling. Highly recommend!

Dr Palozej is personable and patient. He explains complex medical diagnoses in layman's terms. He is a wonderful doctor.

Had my first appointment there today, and can say I was very impressed with all of the staff there. Also had a great time with the girls, as I was picking out my new frames. Highly recommended, they have a great "small town" feel!
