Had a positive new patient experience. A warm introduction was provided by Dental Assistant Angie. Followed by a supportive breakdown of what to expect by Dr. Rita. The team at SSD provided a welcoming space for a new patient, I’m less anxious about my next visit!

In for semi-annual cleaning. Seen with minimal waiting. Staff cheerful and efficient. Did x-rays quickly and polished. I prefer polish first to make it easier for the hygienist. Explained some minor sensitivity to cold, the hygienist used only the instruments instead of the jet of cold water and it was painless and quick. I was used to soreness for days but walked out with no pain.

Dr Rita Assistant Angie were incredibly thorough on my cleaning and exam. I have very sensitive teeth and gums, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend this practice!

Magic happened today! Never before have I needed an innovative, creative solution for a complex dental emergency as I did today; but Dr. Rita and Susie came through for me, and I'm so grateful! Having just had oral surgery on one side of my mouth, I relied on the good side to chew my food. Well, a crown broke on the good side making it impossible to eat any solid food at all. After removing it they told me it was not something they could replace with a new crown--that a tooth extraction was necessary. However, they knew how dire the situation, and put their caring, creative heads together to brainstorm a way to make a temporary tooth, which was a huge success! I'm now able to eat on the one side until I'm fully healed from the surgery. I can't thank this team enough for their compas
