St. Peter's Pediatrics

Dr. Holly Payne is the best pediatrician we could ever have asked for. We are so, so fortunate to have such a caring and knowledgeable provider. I wish she could be our provider for everything! Every time we need help I know we’re in excellent hands - not only with Dr. Payne, but also with all of the excellent nurses on staff. We LOVE these folks!!

Made an appointment to switch my kids to this practice after seeing several suggestions for Dr. Payne on FB groups. When booking, I requested Dr. Payne and verified the appointment was with her. I received a letter in the mail even confirming the appointment was with her. I later got a system text message saying I could move my appointment to an earlier date if I wanted, however, that text showed my current appointment was now scheduled with a different Dr?! I called asking what happened and was told Dr. Payne wasn’t in that day… strange as I had multiple confirmations prior. Then I got a “if you want Payne her next available appointment isn’t for another month”!!! The thing isn’t the new Dr. I know sometimes we might have to see another provider. I have always had good experiences with this group. Reasonable times to get appointments, quick to refill medications. Quick and courteous when we come in. Never a wait. I would highly recommend.

Since my son was three days old Dr Payne has been amazing!!! The front staff have been great. The nurses have been awesome. There was only one nurse I had a negative experience with but I haven't seen her since my first visit. Despite that I still am giving a five star review. I feel confident and safe with my child receiving care here. I feel heard and that there is space to discuss treatment. Recently my son had his 2.5 physical and I brought up concerns. Dr Payne was reassuring but also acknowledged that I was right and referred us to the appropriate provider. I feel that most other doctors would have dismissed my concerns and delayed care for my child. Thanks to her we're on the path to a good prognosis.

When greeting check in staff they never greet you back it’s so rude to ignore a greeting !! Very disgusted with the behavior of receptionist.
