St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital

I went to St. Mary's for bloodwork and I also needed copies of a previous bill for my flexible spending account. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. As I was checking in David went above and beyond to provide the receipt I needed. I would highly recommend St. Mary's to anyone.

I had physical theory for several months. The entire dept from the scheduler to every therapist was excellent. I was always treated professionally and with great care. I was encouraged, felt safe and supported and the every session was a positive experience. I would highly recommend.

David was amazing and so were the ladies at the front desk! Amazing! So helpful and kind. My doctors office failed to send the order to the hospital, so David called their office and then told me he would take care of the necessary details so I didn't have to wait around! I was so appreciative - I'm so grateful for the care and kind manner of the two ladies at the front desk as well as the generous support of David! Well Done, St Mary's!

My wife had a routine Colonoscopy there. The estimate was $0.00 with our insurance. Well they didn't code the procedure correctly and tried to blame our insurance and our insurance only paid part. After hours of various contacts and back and forth, we thought maybe it was figured out, since my wifes account was $0.00 with them. Nope, they turned it over to collections, even though they said they would not do that until the issue was figured out. Bad, bad way to handle a mistake made by them.

Called from my job as a nurse to obtain labs from a mutual patient, the lady answering didn't say Hi, Hello, She answered the phone "Can you hold" and then before I could even answer, PUT ME ON HOLD. Very rude and unprofessional. I will not advise patients to go here for their labs due to the lack of communication skills this lady had interfering with our ability to give doctor's the lab results they ordered.
