St. Mary Pharmacy Compounding and Medical Supplies

Received a medication that needed to be refrigerated. They sent out with ice packs, but UPS was a day late on delivery and it ruined the medication. I had ordered.from them may times before.with no issue. I asked for a replacement order or refund. They told me the medication was fine, and if I had an issue with the timing of the delivery, I should contact UPS. I know when you ship something UPS, if a claim is to be made it comes feom the shipper, not the receiver of the package. This pharmacy would not help in any way. I found other pharmacy to order from.The delivery came.a day late from UPS. I didnt report it until a month later as I getting advice from the Dr as to maybe I wasnt using the med(injection)properly. St. Mary’s, more specifically John, have been phenomenal! We’re visiting from out of state for a month, so our usual pharmacy is unable to handle my daughter’s prescription this month. I called and spoke with John in July to see if they’d be able to make my 1 year old’s prescription while we’re here. He went absolutely above and beyond to get in contact with our original pharmacy to not only obtain her prescription, but also the recipe and ingredients source to ensure her medicine would be identical to prevent any reactions for my daughter. The whole process took him nearly 3 weeks to obtain everything needed. He kept me up to date throughout and had her medicine ready for me asap when needed today.
