Bayview Center

Staff is Very conscientious they do seem to have the patient care at heart as should be at any care center like this. They’re a little shortstaffed, which is normal nowadays but they do the very best they can….facilities are a little worn but is still good and clean.

Bayview is doing a great job taking care of my father in law. They get him moving every day and he’s doing much better.

ZERO STARS!!! I am truly disgusted with the way they treated my mother in the 24 hours she was there for respite. Family was encouraged not to visit, so her private aid went to check on my mom. She was brought on Monday and the aid went on Tuesday. My mother was in the same clothes from the day before, half falling out of bed, soaked in urine alone in a room at the end of the hall. My mother has advanced dementia and needs assistance. Bayview was informed of ALL OF HER NEEDS. She had not been changed, washed, gotten out of been or engaged in anyway. I immediately called and was told the person I need to speak with was with her and never received a call back. My father and sister-in-law went to get her out of this place, the administrator tried to delay them. When they got there she

After being referred to Bayview Center by a friend, I can genuinely say we’ve been very pleased with our experience. The facility is clean, the staff are warm and welcoming, and my mom’s therapist was not only kind but also incredibly effective. Within just a couple of weeks, my mom was walking more steadily and even looked forward to her sessions, a big change from how she felt before.

Run from this place. If you care about your loved ones, find another facility! My mom, who was brought here for a 5 night respite, has dementia, and is a hospice patient. After 24 hours, we picked her up due to the horrific conditions and neglect. She was found completely alone in a room with the curtain drawn. She was falling off the bed when our private pay aide went in, and did not have a bed alarm. (she is a very high risk for falls) She was found in a urine soaked shirt, the same shirt she had left home wearing, and just a diaper. They didn't bother to change her when she had been incontinent, or even into a clean shirt The staff stated they didn't change her because "she got mad". It's unclear if she had even eaten or drank anything in that 24hrs. She had a tray in the room, but it
