Mary Jo was my physical therapist for my spinal stenosis and she was outstanding! Professional, caring and highly skilled… She guided me through six weeks of targeted therapy and I’m nearly pain-free and moving like brand new again. Thank you so much!

What a great spot for pain rehab & recovery...even though it was not an overnight cure for my plantars fasciatis, progress was steady. Rehab specialists Emily & Mary Jo's different techniques contributed toward a successful, pain-free outcome. What i really liked about my experience at this facility was that you actually got an hour of personal treatment & attention. They were always with you doing hands-on treatments. Some places give you exercises & leave you to do those while attending to other patients. Performance rehab has a much more client-centered approach. I appreciate their care & concern & their dedication to helping patients return to a pain-free way of life. I highly recommend this group. Thanks, folks...

Without reservation I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Michael and his team at Body Rehab! After scheduling my knee replacement surgery, I began to prayerfully search for the right Physical Therapy team, because I knew that research and experience attest to the fact that having the right PT team would make all the difference in my recovery, especially considering the fact that prior to the surgery I was challenged not only by arthritis but also a deformity that developed over the years, which at this juncture did not allow my leg to be straight, and this posed additional challenges to my post-surgery recovery. Dr. Pepper my surgeon (I know, it’s a cool name for an actual doctor!), did a fantastic job and now was rehab time. I was blessed to have been led to Michael and his team at Body Rehab.

I was referred to Dr Michael Asbate by my Dr Barnum. Michael and Emily showed me exercises to relieve neck pain during the therapy at end of 2024 and i don’t get neck pain for almost a year. This is the only place to go for therapy. They listen to you and work hard to get you back to moving. You get an hour of hands on therapy. They stay right with you the whole hour. They are all so knowledgeable. You can tell that they only want you to get better. This is not a place that puts you on a machine and walks away. They are really concerned about your health. From the front desk to the therapists they are all awesome.
