St. Luke's Urgent Care - O'Fallon

I went in for a sprained ankle. I was in and out in an hour! Nurses and Dr were very friendly and compassionate. I will definitely go there again if the need arises.

Excellent and prompt care. Initially went to the one on Clarkson. They determined I needed labs and transferred me to Winghaven. The doctors communicated between the facilities and I was taken in promptly and given very good care. Really appreciate the care and communication at and between the staff at both locations.

Honestly 1 of the best urgent care’s I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my life! Very spacious, clean and the kindest employees consisting of mainly nurses, nurse practitioners, and a DO doctor on duty. Scheduled an appointment the night before online and only 1 other person there when I visited for a random sprained ankle. Did x-rays, diagnosis, and recommended treatment efficiently. Shawna even called me the next day to follow up on my wellbeing—unexpectedly delightful! Now my go-to urgent care—so much better than Total Access or MercyGo.

Went in for a strep test. Nurse did test. It took 5 minutes total. I was charged $662 ins paid $237.... out of pocket was $423. 💰 💰 💰 😳

Took my kiddo here it was 10 minutes before they were to close i asked if he could still be seen and they said yes. He could have potentially dislocated his thumb they said it would take some time for the xrays we were there for 10 minutes they came in said he is fine and then went home! I have never been more pissed in my life.
