O'Fallon Family Dentistry

Had a great experience starting with Alicia with the initial phone call. She was very helpful and made it so easy! Loved Sam that cleaned my teeth she let me know everything she was doing and I felt very comfortable with her! Dr. Eric came in explained everything to me he was nice and explained what needed to be done! I hate going to the dentist and it's nerve racking for me but all around my experience was great! Happy to say I have found my new dentist office!

The experience was good, started step 1 of the crown process and it went the way it should. When I needed a short break, took one, when I needed a little more pain medicine they added a little more to that area. Went smooth in my opinion and will continue to be a patient of this practice. Have been going here for years and have no reason to change. Great all around staff from front office to the back. Step 2 getting permanent crown, easy, went smooth and was out the door. Staff did great job again!

I am so grateful for O’Fallon Family Dentistry! In the past I have had severe dental anxiety and due to this, I have neglected my teeth and have a lot of dental work that must be done. But, I no longer have this strong fear or worry about feeling judged. The most caring, kind and compassionate staff and care I have ever received! They squeezed me in for an emergency issue that same day. Thank you for all you do, for fixing my problem, for helping me overcome my dental phobia/fear, and for giving me a path forward and hope for a fully healthy and happy smile in my future

I've been coming here for years. This is the first time I was seen by Dr Erick. He is amazing! He was gentle, respectful and explained everything that he was doing step by step. His staff is also wonderful. April, who I've known since the beginning is awesome! She is also very kind and she takes care of everything including checking on insurance coverage. She is always ready to help in anyway she can. I normally don't like going to the dentist, however, they've changed my opinion of dentists! O'Fallon Family Dentist genuinely care about their patients and I will continue to see them in the future.

Always do such a great job. Dr.Johnson is the best. Use to be scared to death of the dentist but him and his staff make me feel safe and assure me that I am going to survive. lol. Will never have another dentist beside him.
