I really appreciated the phone consultation as we are a couple hours away. It seemed like they do everything they can to save their clients as much time and money as possible. My experience at OMFS O’Fallon was nothing short than outstanding. Dr Drooger was great and felt fully confident and that I was in good hands. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive. I chose local anesthesia because it was just one tooth, but the thought of feeling the pulling, tugging, and stretching did not make me feel good. However, the staff was phenomenal at making you feel confident and brave. Special commendation to Anna at the front desk who was the most influential and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Thank you, Anna. I visited the other location in Chesterfield a few months ago to do the same thing, but did not go thru w it. I just didn’t feel the same encouragement from their staff. Thanks again.

Wow! I was amazed, and VERY surprised, at how pro these folks are, and how easy my 69 year old molar extraction was done! Absolutely zero pain, major selling point. One minute they were talking about what they were about to do... and the next minute they were waking me up, with the tooth already extracted.... Huh, really??? if this turned out to be a difficult extraction for them to perform... well, I never knew anything about it! Really nice job, Gang!!

On schedule as per my appointment. Dr and Nurses were excellent and sent me home with everything I needed and pain medication. Excellent service and will use in future as needed. Business is in a secured place and very safe.
