St. Luke's Urgent Care: Fruitland

On arrival I was greeted with a friendly face and great energy. I told her why I was there and she quickly filled out the paperwork. The nurse also had a very friendly attitude and just had great energy, and made me feel like he was going to do anything possible to make me better. The doctor also came into the room with the same energy, like really wanting to help me, she has a beautiful smile. I felt better just being around people that are so positive.

I did not feel comfortable with the PAs answers. But more importantly the LPN that started my blood draw lied to me. I requested a regular needle and he said all they had was butterfly's .A gal came in a regular needle and hit first time. She was great and so the young man who took my stats

This is the second time I’ve been to urgent care. I waited less than 15 minutes in the lobby. They were quick to do a x-ray chest and ribs. I have pneumonia and they have been so helpful, educating me on nebulizer treatments and really evaluating what the issue is. St. Luke’s pharmacy has been very helpful as well. Their pharmacist explained the medication, how to take it and how often… everyone has been great!

Everyone was kind and prompt and professional with care. Came into the urgent care for coughing and congestion and was treated well And thoroughly examined. Felt like the nurse and PA explained things to my comfort and listened to my concerns. Got my prescriptions quickly and easily and it couldn't have been smoother even on a holiday.

I was seen for excruciating back pain. My daughter walked in and I told him what I was feeling and what I thought it might be. He didn't even examine me. Just said ok I agree wrote a prescription and sent me on my way. It was like he didn't want to touch me. Terrible experience!!
