Owyhee Oral and Facial Surgery

Going to the dentist is usually nerve-racking for me, but today was a completely different experience. The staff and doctor were amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everything was explained in detail, and the whole process was efficient and smooth. I truly had the most pleasant dental visit I’ve ever experienced!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out yesterday and the staff was absolutely amazing at making her feel comfortable and at ease. She has a disability so surgery makes her extra nervous. Dr. Malan and his nurse were upbeat, super nice, helpful and very kind. The nurse told me a couple of times to not hesitate in calling if I had any further questions after we got my daughter home. You could just tell she cared and wouldn't mind helping if I needed it later. I'm very appreciative of the experience we had. Thank you so much.

I never thought I’d say this about wisdom teeth extraction, but this was a very great experience. I was greeted with friendly staff. Everything was explained to me and all of my concerns were addressed days prior. I arrived the day of very nervous (as I naturally am) but they were very patient with me and were able to make me feel calm and ready. It went smoothly and I didn’t end up having any issues at all. Pain was very minimal. Dr followed up with me. I honestly wouldn’t mind doing it again.

As you can see from all of their other positive reviews, these guys are fantastic! When they found out I was out of town, and had to travel in a couple of hours, they consolidated the consultation and the actual appointment. My daughter was very nervous about getting some teeth removed, and were empathetic and put everything in her control to help her feel more relaxed about the situation. My son recently had surgery here and that was great and went well. My only issue is the wait times here are vey very long with each appointment we had scheduled for the consult, surgery, follow up we ended up in the waiting room for at least 30-60 minutes each time which is pretty frustrating.
