St. Luke's Nampa Medical Center

I delivered my baby at St. Luke’s Nampa Labor & Delivery, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, the labor room, room service, and overall cleanliness were outstanding. The very first nurse I met, Tiffany, was incredibly calming in triage and took the time to explain every part of the process, which immediately put me at ease. I then met Jessica, who used humor and genuine kindness to make my first experiences with labor very comfortable. She consistently checked in on me and even came back after my baby was born just to see how I was doing, which meant so much. Donielle, the nurse who helped with my delivery, made sure my significant other knew exactly how to help with pain relief, which made us feel like a true team. I was very nervous about receiving

I wanted to share how much I appreciate the ER staff at Nampa St Lukes. They were very busy from before I got there, and looked even busier when I left, they had to put patients in other areas. Thru it all the staff was courteous, considerate and provided wonderful care. Holly was my nurse and really listened to my concerns, as well as Dr Bean and Zack the tech. The radiology staff was thorough in explaining what to expect. Even the greeter, registrar lady, and security guard all helped in finding my phone that I’d left there. Nobody likes going to the hospital but this staff was wonderful.

🤷I guess my lower intestines blew up in my face. 🤙They got me back up on my feet, feeling great, & back out into the world. 👍Doctors and nurses were very attentive nice.🤘Got me everything I needed to move along as well post stay. ❤️Thanks guys ❤️

They pushed me into an unnecessary c-section because of a failed induction which was also unnecessary. Something to do with scheduling and convenience for the OB. They then performed a c-section even though I could still feel my left side. I was screaming in pain, they didn’t stop. It was the most traumatic and painful experience of my life. The anesthesiologist finally had mercy on me as they were stitching me back up and knocked me out. Pain management afterwards was IBU and Tylenol even though I basically couldn’t move from the pain. Be very careful who you deliver with here. They never even apologized or spoke to me about any of it.

10/5/2025: Great experience. Pre-registration and discharge was easy and well organized. The surgery and the hospital care were both great. Staff were everything "good" that I could have expected. The nurses that cared for me, Madison (Maddy), Myles, Marc, Marissa, and Jeremy, were all knowledgeable and caring. Even the admitting nurse, Hillary, that got me prepared, was the best. Thanks to all of you, your teams, and to St. Lukes for hiring all of you. And thanks to Dr. Michael Taylor, for using St. Lukes.
