St. Luke's Health - Patient's Medical Center

The staff was very pleasant and professional. Excellent bedside manners. Made me feel as if I was the only patient there. Took very good care of Mr. Thank you to the doctor , the nurse and the entire staff from checking in to being discharged. You guys rock

I arrived and did have time finishing my information paperwork and they were calling back into a room. The nurses were awesome and made me feel comfortable. The Doctor was in the room before the nurses were through with their patients work up. The doctor was very kind and dealt with my medical problems promptly. I was in there. For about 20 minutes and released to follow up with a Doctor that Specializes with my problem that I was having. . I was released but I had to finish that darn paperwork for the lady at the desk ! It was a very joyful experience. Thank You to all that cares for me ! God Bless You. all ! !!!!!

Had a great experience at this hospital! My husband had to be rushed in on an emergency, and the staff was quick and helpful with their care. This week definitely be our go to hospital from now on! Dr Harriington and his staff are top notch, and very knowledgeable.

The doctor and nursing staff treated me with respect and dignity. My concerns were addressed quickly. I could not have asked for better care. I was able to leave the ER with the knowledge that my care was professional and truly sincere.

Nurses and staff are inconsistent with there jobs and patients. Patients rooms are worn and tattered. Er rooms have mold on ceiling, nurses don’t know what they are doing, they lose controlled meds that patients bring from home. They don’t give your all your meds that you normally take. Some days they do some days they don’t. The food is not the best as far as taste and quality. Hospital has gone down health care wise and building maintenance wise. Will be trying HCA hospital. Patient complains about service they don’t care and do absolutely nothing about it. Some staff advocates are rude and doesn’t want to help patients
