⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars Isn’t Enough for St. Luke’s Hospital From the moment I arrived at St. Luke’s Hospital, I knew I was in the best possible place. The immediate care and attention I received was nothing short of exceptional. Every single nurse, doctor, and staff member I encountered was professional, compassionate, polite, and genuinely kind. You don’t just feel like a patient here—you feel cared for as a person. The cleanliness of this hospital deserves special recognition. It is, without a doubt, the cleanest medical facility I have ever been in. Everything was spotless, organized, and calming, which makes a huge difference when you’re staying for multiple nights. The quality of care was outstanding. Physical therapy, occupational therapy speech therapy and all others involved were amazing!!! I would highly recommend this location for rehab!! My only concern is with whomever creates meetings. If you know one of your patients is being discharged during a meeting time frame. Either call the patient family to reschedule or Manager needs to schedule accordingly. That's my only reason for a four Star rating!! Patients should ALWAYS COME FIRST!!!!

I'm leaving this review as someone who works in the healthcare field, so I understand what this work entails, before saying what I am about to say. 2.5 stars is too generous. 1 star is too generous. The lack of treatment and care received at this hospital is abysmal, but the way the nurse treated my mother is even more egregious. My mother was transported by ambulance to the trauma ER unit due to loss of feeling in both feet- what turned out to be multiple arterial clots in both legs. My mother has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. She has received ALL her care at St Luke's. It should go without saying that her medical chart is accessible by all St Luke's facilities via MyChart. It should also go without saying that multiple blood clots for anyone is dangerous, but for someone with end stage can

After experience with several physical therapists (meniscus repair), I used Mark Strauss at GVH after a knee replacement. He was dedicated to my recovery and provided a cheerful outlook when I was discouraged. He is understanding and though and in my case successful. He is good enough so that I followed him when he changed jobs.

Arrived at the ER this evening for symptoms of a severe infection. I was checked in quickly and was called back to triage within 10 minutes. I waited less than two hours to be seen by a PA. Blood work and X-rays were completed and resulted in less than an hour. I received medication and was sent home with thorough instructions. I could not be happier with the service and care received.
