Pennridge Pediatrics

The staff is friendly and professional, and the doctors take the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I have been going to this practice for over 20 years and have taken both of my daughters here. They have two convenient locations, extended hours, and are open on Saturdays. The office is always clean and well organized. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

Pennridge Pediatrics is a great practice. They always have time for sick patient appointments and the Dr. Call in hour is very convenient. I take all 3 of my kids there and have never had a problem. We love Lindsey! She's great with our kids.

The person g Greeting us was the nicest friendliest ever there. Please do not change her. I actually feel welcome in the past. I just felt like a number my doctor or nurse practitioner or whatever was wonderful Becky thank you.

We have always had a great experience with Pennridge Pediatrics but especially so on Friday. My son was able to be seen promptly after calling to make an appointment. We saw Dr Faccenda and she was so kind, thorough, and made a quick diagnosis with her expertise. We are so thankful for the years of exceptional service they have provided for our family.

My 18 year old daughter had her annual physical on 3/27. I filled out her drivers permit application at that time for the doctor to certify. Our puppy got a hold of it and ripped it to shreds. On 3/31, I called the office to explain what happened and asked if the doctor could redo the form. They told me NO! She has to come back in for another appointment and pay $20 for the form to be completed. They told me that they don’t keep the paperwork. Seriously? But they keep her file with her vitals. So, I have to pay a copayment for the appointment and another $20 for a stamp. I am going to the CVS Minute Clinic in Lansdale instead. Made an appointment for 5pm today. I don’t care if I have to spend $100 for the appointment and $20 in gas. They aren’t getting another dime from my family. I’ve b
