Quakertown Family Medical Center

I have been without my medication for a week because they claimed I needed an appointment. I went in for an appointment, was told they'd send in the script. They didn't. I called them multiple times and they told me they would get to it. Now they are saying they can't fill it which was never mentioned during my appointment. I won't be able to see the gyno for MONTHS. Absolutely terrible service. I have gone here all my life. They are not a good office anymore.

Excellent practice I've been going to Dr Amenta before she had her own office. She's awesome very professional and she takes her time, she's very kind. Kathy Gotwals is just as good. She is thorough and extremely knowledgeable given her title and very kind. I have total confidence in both of them. Overall friendly old fashioned practice. Reccomend to anyone.

This practice is great. No issues with getting in quickly when needed. I see Erika and she is absolutely amazing. Only thing is I wish they saw kids younger than 12. My son is 10 and I would’ve loved to be able to bring him to this trusted team.

Absolutely love Dr. Amenta and her staff. I have been going to this office for several years and am extremely grateful I found them. Dr. Amenta is the type of doctor you can talk to like she's your friend. She truly cares about her patients and listens thoroughly to your concerns. I never leave her office feeling hopeless. I always feel that she will work with me and get to the bottom of whatever the issue is. Her staff is truly wonderful. They are warm and welcoming. Always willing to help, listen and also make you feel like you are their friend. They care about the patients as much as Dr. Amenta.

I visited Quakertown Family Medical Center (QFMC) for the first time and I had so many medical questions and PA Kathy Gotwals answered every single one of my questions which I’m happy about. She was patient and very informative with her answers to my questions. I will recommend anyone and everyone to QFMC to visit Dr. Cira Aments and PA Kathy Gotwals. Also, big shout out to the front desk staff Ms. Mohabir and others for the excellent job they are doing. Great customer service and excellent patient service.
