St. Luke’s Grand View Hospital Radiology

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I historically get faint anytime Ive had a mammogram previously. Grandview has some new machine that takes much less time and is WAY more comfortable. The tech (Samantha) was absolutely amazing. So gentle and kind…checking with me the whole time to make sure I felt okay. I wont be going anywhere else for this!

I can't see how any hospital could responsibly continue to accept patients for radiology services that they can't provide a PROPER service for. Lack of help is a poor excuse for good patient care. Maybe if you start focusing on patient care instead of treating people like "cash cow's" your services provided wouldn't be at a 1 star rating! Do better St Lukes, Grand View was better!! I have been waiting 2 weeks for my results to be sent, only to be told that STILL HAVEN'T BEEN READ 13 DAYS LATER!

I called with a simple request to have an xray sent to a dr. The woman was short with me and hung up on my before all of my questions were answered!

Radiology reports are taking at least two weeks to be read, apparently due to lack of radiologists to read films… XR, US, CT Scan, MRI Would not recommend GVH for any studies at this time!!

The worst service humanly possible. Nobody in this department knows how to properly schedule an appointment.
