St. Luke's Care Now - Kutztown (Walk-in care) and Occupational Medicine

Well I still have the problem and ended up going to my family doctor and getting different medications and hopefully it works. The convenience of the urgent care on the weekend is nice and close by. The doctor seemed like he didn't want to be there an it seemed rushed compared to other times I have been there.

Wow! First time at this urgent care and everyone was so friendly. From the front desk to the very end. Dr. Stratton treated me well and talked me through everything. The RN Jess was kind and attentive. Everyone did a great job! Will be returning, just hopefully not soon.

I was registered very kindly and professionally from front desk to being assessed and taken care of by Jess RN very professional and caring. The PA took time and great care in treating my symptoms and all leaving me assured that I went to the right place and I would return again. Thank you

I was very pleasantly surprised this location is open on Sundays. Many others in the area seem to be closed. I came on a Sunday for flu treatment, and it was the easiest urgent care experience of my life. Everyone was so nice and attentive, and I was in and out in 30 minutes, maybe even less. I would recommend Julia to anyone.

Practitioners are fantastic, the nursing and front staff leave something to be desired. They were rude to me from start to finish. They had a bizarre superiority complex unlike what I’ve experienced before in the medical community. Not an empathetic bone it their bodies.
