Been going here for years. Never a problem. Dr. Keller is so nice. Am on medicare not and they are out of network . Went for a cleaning and was only told they would send my bill through insurance it would pay some of it but not all. Never mentioned they weren't in my insurance network. Called to set up an appointment for more dental work and to see how much it would cost me after insurance. Receptionist I spoke with more or less accused me of lying. She insisted she told me the last time and she absolutely did not. Even if they were in my insurance network I would not return because of they way that Receptionist treated me. Will never recommend to another person.

The hygienist Ashley is so great with my daughter! My daughter is a little apprehensive of dentist visits after some rougher times at other offices. We are so grateful to find a hygienist and dentist (Dr Matt!) who are so gentle and silly with both kids and adults. Great experience!

We take our daughters there, and the staff are great with them. They answer all their questions, give me a great rundown of any things the kids should be focusing on, and manage to keep them calm during procedures.

Practice not forthcoming with details needed to care for a person with disabilities until we were actually there for the appointment. No procedure was performed. We were dismissed from the practice for “breakdown in doctor /patient rapport” Saucony Smiles is not all smiles.
