Tamu is a healer and a beautiful soul and human. I was in unbearable pain and she chose to see me, last minute, on a Friday night. I cannot thank her enough for the space she created for me, for her massage, and her advice. Something opened up in my heart and system after this session and I can’t wait to see her again soon. I have been seeing Tamu about every 3 weeks for several years. She always seems to know just what is needed. Conversations are always informative, therapeutic, and friendly. She also knows when you don't want to talk. I always feel better when I leave.

I made a reflexology appt with Tamu a few days before I was scheduled to be induced for labor. I was feeling incredibly erratic and on edge about the whole process before my appt. I was also hoping it might help with getting me started to dialate. Tamu and I talked quite a bit about motherhood during our session and she worked my feet and definitely hit some spots that needed to be addressed. I've never had reflexology before but have done acupuncture in the past. I can out of that appt feeling very similar to after an acupuncture appt. Feeling very relaxed and centered and empowered about my induction the following Sunday. I also left with some mild contractions here and there as well. I would definitely recommend going to see Tamu with whatever might be ailing you mental or phys

I was gifted a massage at Mend. Tamu Ngina was a great communicator in scheduling, and getting me in at a convenient time. Her workspace is relaxing and quiet. Though I walked in with the busyness of life on my mind and on my shoulders, I left with such a sense of calm. My massage was perfect, I’m looking forward to my next visit.
