St. Luke's Care Now - Hamburg (Walk-in care) and Occupational Medicine

Every time I’ve taken my son here or have gotten blood work done here myself they are super quick, responsive, and friendly. Megan the nurse for urgent care especially is super nice and my family loves her. She is so good with our son, she makes him feel comfortable even when he’s not feeling well. I only come to this urgent care because I know I can get quick and accurate service and the staff is always so nice.

Quick, fast, and right to the point. The check in staff is full of friendly faces and greetings from smiling faces definitely makes you feel comfortable. Nurses were fast and efficient. The dr come in asked my symptoms looked me over and got me set up and out the door with not a minute wasted. Very professional office with the way they perform and a very pleasant experience!

I was checked in very efficiently. The technician took all my information quickly and I was seen by the PA in a very timely manner. The level of care was much better than I have experienced at other quick care facilities. If necessary, I will return to this patient care facility in the future.

Sicker than I knew, I reached out to the staff at St Luke’s. The couple days I’ve been staying in hospital have been filled with staff from every profession in here, so many tests/therapies. Every single person has been unfailingly kind/positive/helpful/caring/dedicated to doing their absolute best. Full of useful information/tips/compassion and beautiful examples of who you need around you when you’re as sick as I was. Not enough praise for the entire facility. Very grateful my care was tended to here. No other place I’ve been could measure up to the awesomeness I found here.

I went in to the urgent care because I wasn’t feeling well and wondered if it was a medication issue. The PA and Physician went over my meds, dosage and time taken. It was suggested that take my meds in the A.M. unless there is a time specified on the bottle. Also, I had duplicates of one med with different times of day to take. He got it all straightened out and I’m doing much better.
