Premier Care Family Dental - Hamburg

I cannot say enough about the how much I appreciate the staff. Dc Dando is fantastic!! Dc Dando’s assistant the evening of my care was so caring and calming. The front desk staff also, so caring. I also had a wonderful dental hygienist during my last cleaning visit. I thank you all for everything that you do. I all of a sudden have a very high anxiety about going to the dentist and I feel nothing but support and comfort during my visits. Keep up the great work!!!!

I’ve been going to this office for past 3 or so years. Overall I have had good experiences here. Today was great! I had my regular cleaning today and unfortunately had to bring my 3-year-old and 6-month-old baby. Liz did a great job working thoroughly and as quickly as she could while talking to my toddler. Meanwhile, Ashley offered (and I accepted) to hold my baby when she was crying. Dr. Dando came in, assessed, chatted with us and got some smiles from the baby. Was very grateful for their support. I was in a pinch and they helped to relieve some stress for me with the kids being with me. Thank you to staff and the patients that were kind during this process.

I can’t rave enough about this dental office! I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist and from the very first phone call and every interaction since then, the staff has eased my worries. They quickly got me in for my initial appointment and it was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. My teeth were never as clean as they were after my thorough cleaning. Went back to have two cavities refilled and it was also the best experience I’ve had getting fillings done. The office staff is top notch too! They are patient, kind, and courteous! Kuddos to the office manager, it is like a well oiled machine! Being that I am a new patient, I paid close attention to the way the staff was interacting with others as well. I just can’t say it enough how much I’m so thankful God led me

Had a terrible experience with another dentist; then tried Premier. They are simply wonderful from the receptionists to the entire staff. Dr. Hoysock explains everything, makes you feel at ease. Her assistants and hygienist professional and kind, always checking if you’re ok. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now!

I've been coming to this practice for many years. I saw Kelly for my 4 month check up and cleaning. Dr Dando did the final check for this visit and all was well. Yay! Always a pleasant visit. Everyone takes great care to make you feel comfortable. Thank you all😊
