Love the office - they did have a tough time with staffing for a bit, so had to reschedule us a few times but seems that has gotten better. Clean and friendly place. Our kids feel comfortable and love the popsicles, toys, and balloons at the end!

We initially loved this office. Our experience, like many others it appears, has been consistently declining over the past years- including through canceled apts by the office despite them being scheduled well in advance. They have a staffing issue. After THEY cancel your apt, you are told it will be months till they can fit in a rescheduled apt.

Facility is nice and setup for kids well but they have way too many patients and customer service and care is terrible. Appointments take longer than most other dentists and it sometimes takes months to get a routine cavity filled. Here’s two examples of their lack of care for timeliness and lack of availability…Daughter had 2 cavities diagnosed in Aug2025. Earliest appointments they had to fix was Jan 2026. 5 months to get a cavity filled. Then when we show up for January appointment the had my daughter sit on Nitrous Oxide for 20 min to inject the numbing medicine then 30 more minutes later to do the cavity that took literally 5 minutes. 50 minutes of NO for 5 minutes of work, this is only after I told them I wanted to speak to the doctor and 50 minutes of NO was too long. $200 bill

I have enjoyed taking my kids here as the staff is friendly. But, when I had an appointment scheduled 5 MONTHS ago for my son to have a cavity filled on March 6th, they decided in the new year they are going to change their hours and close the office on some days. Therefore cancelling my son’s appointment to have his cavity filled and can’t get him in any sooner than the end of May. That’s if they don’t close the office again that day. They said they could put him on the cancellation list, but I’m a working woman and can’t just leave my job to get my son from school to go the the dentist because they canceled the appointment. I can’t believe this is even considered “okay”. If you’re going to have a day scheduled for patients, you need to keep that day open or have earlier available slots f

3 year old Daughter saw Dr. Lindsey, who I am absolutely shocked works with pediatric patients. She smacked my child’s arms down because she was holding the phone up to watch something to help her stay still/calm. She stated “there is a TV up there”, referencing the TV overhead. I am a healthcare professional and I was stunned by the lack of professionalism/empathy. The hygienists were nice enough, but didn't seem like they had experience with peds, didn’t help walk me through how to help my kid through her first dental appointment, and my child is very calm and cooperative. On top of that, the office staff (schedulers) are rude any time you try to schedule an appointment. I’ve heard so many complaints recently about this practice I’m really glad we switched dentists and I would not reco
