Thank you so much, had 3 teeth pulled, it was fast precise and Im already healed up after a month! They were kind professional and patient with me ♥️ I had no issues after the fact either!

I was able to be seen by Dr. Restrepo on short notice as a new patient for an emergency extraction. I was in so much pain and very nervous, but the entire process with this practice was great, from getting scheduled to the actual procedure, which was fast, painless and professional. I’m really grateful for this fantastic team, they took such good care of me.

Waited 6 months for an appointment to get 2 teeth removed, day of appointment got called and told me their doctor couldn't do it, had to reschedule in watertown, day of watertown appointment and they couldn't find my appointment scheduled. Super unprofessional go somewhere else. EDIT - Another reason to not go through them is the blatant lying about me rescheduling twice. Also your doctor in the potsdam office not taking my insurance is YOUR problem and I should have been notified way before the day of my surgery. Get your shit together

I’m going to assume the previous review regarding the receptionist being ill-mannered, was the same receptionist I’ve spoken to a couple of times. This receptionist has a very uncanny and condescending nature. (Each encounter met with rudeness, but I’ll give an account of the most recent) Disclaimer: this review is for the WATERTOWN Oral surgery associates not Potsdam) She tried to give me “advice” but of course I hung up, it wasn’t authentic coming from a person who giggled while saying, “Dr attisha won’t be calling you.” The statement was fine, but the sly giggle was unprofessional. Update: the receptionist called me and hour before my appt and said it was given to someone else. And also couldn't give me a date for another appt even though I've been waiting 2.5 months for this appt. So needless to say I will be going somewhere else. I love Dr. Attisha he is amazing. The only complaint I have is I have had an appt for 2 months and on Friday I got a voicemail that I had to pay a deposit which I never nee about. So I called customer service which basically could tell me nothing and I explained to him that my teeth are hurting and how I already took time off work and how my ride did as well. so I never heard anything so I called today and he was like I'm emailing the surgeon. And I asked if he explained the situation to the surgeon..and he said he was and would call me b
