My father has waited months for a consultation on the 23rd. Between personal issues- my older, sick pup- bad weather, and transportation cuts to the North Country, traveling back upstate from NYC is tough. I really wanted my father to stay with me for Christmas, so we called Dr. Oakley's office to ask if we could do a video call for the 15 minute initial consultation that contains no tests. After 4 days of calls, I was finally told that Dr. Michael Oakley refuses to do a video call. The woman at the front desk told me this was 'the policy' and she could reschedule for the end of February. So, thank you, Dr. Oakley, for not allowing me to spend Christmas with my 80-year-old father. I think your policy is great! I hope you enjoy your family this holiday season, because I will be solo. I was coughing up blood and felt sick.The physician's assistant actually a boy playing doctor told me when I asked any questions told me he was brand new at this and didn't know the answers. A ct scan was done and he said he didn't know how to read the scan then said I had a mass inside my lung . I felt worse after I left . They pumped all kinds of stuff in me .I told them I wanted no pain killers because I had no pain.i got home went over paperwork from them and saw they did give me some anyway and other things I would not have wanted .told them if I get an injection I have a gout attack.they said nothing they would give would do that.a few days later I had an attack that lasted for three weeks total agony.i hadn't had an attack for six years since I had a covid shot. gave me referral to

If you want to be treated like a dog at a pound then come here. They do not care about patients at all they will leave you waiting for hours for one little flu test to come back. It’s ridiculous how they all sit there and talk at the desk while you have to wait for two hours for a test. They really don’t care and when you ask you get told word for word “well I don’t know really know exactly I guess it could be a while” by one of the nurses like it’s your job to know especially if you’re the nurse on my case… how pathetic

The worst hospital of all time, they should have closed it down, they have almost killed several friends and family of mine. My mother had multiple strokes and they just sent her home to have another. If she passes away I blame them. My friend had a surgery there and they gave him the wrong medicine and he almost did not wake up. Don't take loved ones here they will die

Ive been here a couple times with horrible stomach issues and the first 2 times the doctors and nurses were very sweet and helpful. I was back again after trying to walk to class and curling up in pain almost passing out.. The doctor I had was very rude and made me feel like I was going crazy. He made it seem like I was making it up. After I got a test done, I had an allergic reaction to the dye or whatever they put in me but he told me I wasn't and stared at me asking me WHY I was CRYING?? I'm an 18 year old first year college student who had nobody with me. I was scared, I couldn't breathe. My lungs felt deflated and they hurt really bad.. I sounded like I was smoking for 50 years. Another nurse came in to check my lungs and that's the only reason he believe me because he said he couldnt
