For an unpleasant procedure, Dr. Akin and his team make this an easy and comfortable experience. I had tooth 31 extracted, local only, and he was kind, gentle and accommodating. I requested different local, which they did for me. The shots are a stressful part for me, but he was as gentle and quick as possible which was great. The tech was so kind and comforting. The extraction, he thought, may come in pieces due to my crowding. But nope, not only did he have it out within 30 seconds, all in one piece! I couldn’t have appreciated it more. The office staff were very kind and knowledgeable with questions and post op information. I highly recommend Dr. Akin if you need this type of care. I am glad to have him in our area. Was in for removal of 4 wisdom teeth. These guys are awesome. From the friendly and comforting assistant, to the friendly, confident, and skilled doctor it was a great experience. The process for the General Anesthesia IV was very nerve racking for me and it went so smoothly i would do it again! Very little pain this evening of surgery, high hopes for the future. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs work done and thank you again to the wonderful staff here.

This is a very professional practice. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. However if you do decide to visit this office make sure you have very good insurance or a wallet full of moola.

They have amazing and kind staff. I had severe tooth ache and needed teeth extraction. I called several firms and none seem interested in my pains because I’m not a regular patient. I kept getting far appointments dates, probably after I’m gone with pains. When I reached out to this firm, I got a fair date for extraction and very close date to speak with the doctor (the next day actually). I realized like over a week to my extraction appointment date that I had an academic conference where I would be presenting my research, I called to see my options of either an adjustment in my extraction date or cancellation of my Conference.
