St. Joseph's/Candler Urgent Care - Richmond

The receptionist very kind and professional. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen by Robert the nurse practitioner. He was very patient with me as I wasn't feeling well. Thank God for Urgent care 🙏

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any urgent care EVER! The staff was amazing. Worked super efficiently to get me in and out as quick as possible. I sliced my ankle at work and required stitches. Not sure the name of the person that stitched me up, but he made The entire experience so much better than it could’ve been. His bedside manner and just personalism was par None! he is definitely in the right Profession. I would recommend Richmond Hill urgent care to anybody in need of medical attention. I will definitely go back if ever needed again.

I had an excellent experience with all of the staff on Saturday morning when I went in with a cut on my hand. The nurse practitioner Robert was excellent. Being an RN myself I am especially partial to nurse practitioners. I knew I was in good hands when he told me he had been a flight nurse and ER nurse. All the staff was very kind, attentive and professional. Of course when you go in with a bleeding wound, you get seen right away. I was in and out of there in probably 30 minutes. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!

I went to this clinic feeling very weak with body aches. I did not feel like my symptoms were fully listened to and was prescribed nasal medication without additional testing. Two days later, I went to another provider and tested positive for Flu A. I wish my concerns had been taken more seriously during the initial visit.

Wonder experience here! The NP, Nurses, Receptionist, and staff are all friendly, professional, and such a comfort to see. This is the best Urgent Care I have been too by far! Feels like family here in Richmond Hill! 5 stars! Keep up the good work and God Bless!
