St. Joseph’s/Candler Urgent Care - Heartwood

I was feeling dizzy, nauseous and weak after Thanksgiving holiday. I hosted the event which I felt was a contributing factor. I was scheduled to go out of town that Friday morning and I needed some reassurance so I went to the Urgent Care center by Publix. There were about 4 people ahead of me and one lady went to the desk complaining of her long wait. The receptionist said there were no rooms available. That was my cue to leave. I told my husband we have to go elsewhere. My husband looked up the next nearest urgent care and we went to Heartwood. Immediately walking in there's a self registration station. We were visiting our great grandson and he got ill while we were there babysitting. While his mother was out of town, the young woman at the front desk was so very helpful and patient with us due to the fact we didn't have everything we needed but eventually got what we needed for him to be seen. Dr was very kind and so was the nurse caring for him. I highly recommend this facility

Tameeka, Site Manager, Nurse and the staff were amazing. Tameeka was very professional and compassionate with me during my visit. I was seen immediately and wasn't left in the room waiting for long periods of time. She made sure I was comfortable and ensured all of my questions were answered before I was discharged. This is the type of care that I truly appreciate and wish more medical facilities were like them. If you or your family need an urgent care who'll give you the care you deserve this is the place that I would recommend.

I was sick with the flu when I checked in. I was seen very quickly by the nurse practitioner. Her name was Courtney. She did an excellent job of evaluating my symptoms and prescribe a medication that has helped. I highly recommend using this facility. I will use it again.

I had injured my foot Saturday night and by Sunday couldn’t walk The Speedy and EXCELLENT care I Received was 5 star! They told me I would hear from folks at the main office who set up Orthopedic appointments & it way be a week to 19 days…I received a call Monday morning and saw Dr Greer over in Pooler welp I’m stuck on a boot for a while but better than surgery! My Grands were born @St Joseph s My only Son has an entire study done! So I CANNOT impress enough the fact the care is second to none Thank you C.Fredericks
