My son had an 11 day PICU stay starting at 16 days old for RSV. The staff was so wonderful. The nurses were all so kind. So much so that when we left, they threw him a little graduation since he was technically graduating from NICU too. While I hope we never have to be back, I truly recommend the PICU here. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Frankie!

From the moment I came in, the staff treated me with real compassion. The ER team moved quickly, kept me calm, and made sure I understood what was going on with my injury. I would like to express my gratitude to Menfies. I was feeling extremely frustrated and annoyed due to the excessive wait times, but Menfies' positive attitude and energy truly stood out. His exceptional customer service skills not only improved my mood, but also made me wish that more individuals at St. Joseph's exuded the same level of professionalism and kindness. Also the officer Matthew was amazing he definitely stood by me and my son side I appreciate that.

I welcomed 2 of 3 of my children here at St. Joseph’s. Labor and Delivery were exceptional for the first pregnancy. I was treated well and with care meeting every need preparing for child birth. And a special thanks to the nurses and who helped save my daughter’s life, from having an umbilical cord wrapped around her neck when a resident went into a panic. Both babies have grown to be healthy and strong.

I want to say this is the worst hospital and emergency room I’ve ever seen in my life. They’re slow, unorganized, and you can sit for two hours while you’re in severe pain, and they just say, “There’s nothing we can do.” This hospital is completely irresponsible, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here at all.
