This place and the Staff are Amazing, Superb, Super Professional, and Who helped me All deserve Medals for The Way they helped me. The Courage & Strength they had Given me, as well connected with me at one of my toughest and hardest times & Accidents I have ever gone threw. The Neurological Surgeon Micheal Was The best choice in the whole county and area for my emergency Surgery and as well As all their Vascular Associates & Surgeons are Very Top rated I highly Recommend them for anything which their professions meet for anyone in need at a Critical Moment or in a Emergency.

I can’t lie, the gradual decline in this hospital is truly devastating. St Joes has so much potential to continue to lead in the medical field, however the lack of staff and support will be its downfall. Nearly 4 hours of a wait at a barely filled pediatric er, absolutely unacceptable. Where are the doctors? This needs to be addressed. Service must be prompt, especially during this time of the year. There should be no reason a 1 year old with a high fever and difficulty breathing is waiting that long to be admitted and assessed. This hospital lacks urgency, I suggest going elsewhere if you can.

We have been going to the child development specialist at St Joe's for 8 years. The care provided has been great. But we will be going to another doctor as St. Joe's has now classified this doctors office as part of the hospital and charged an additional $900 on top of our normal visit fees for the "facility fee". This is a greedy cash grab. Be warned your insurance will not cover this. I was asking them for confirmation of what this fee was for 3 months and proof i was liable for it. They ignored my calls and letters and faxes and sent me to collections. Just some follow up to this. My date of service was 3/26/2024 they posted notices of the facility fee on 3/29/2024. If you received a facility fee from before 3/29/2024 you have grounds to get it reversed.

This hospital is useless, they know what it’s like to go with a one-year-old girl who is congested and lacks oxygen. Last 4 hours in the emergency room. And they come to say after 4 hours waiting that there are no nurses, no rooms or staff. If something had happened to my daughter. I hold them accountable. Very negligent.

Team was happy to charge for an initial evaluation and did not provide any follow-up to get our child scheduled for services.
