St. Joseph Urgent Care

This place gave the worst service yesterday and today. This counter person was super unhelpful and lied to us multiple times. So lazy to even get out of her chair to help us. Disrespectful, rude and talked down to us while giving several different stories. If I won’t the place, I would pull the video

These people are awesome 😎 friendly,easy going,cheerful and most of all completely understanding and helpful. Miss Cook was great, answered all my questions and was completely understanding during my visit. Thank all of you guys for going above and beyond 😁

I had brought my 4year old in for pink eye. We were seen and discharged within 30min. The lady at the front decks was quick with paperwork and sweet to my son. The physician was well informative and gave several options for care. In all this was a very pleasant vist.

I had a horrendous experience here. First off, I came in due to being stung multiple times in my hands from a scorpion in my sleep and was having some serious reactions to this. The lady at the front counter somehow put me in under a completely different person's name and info even though I handed her my driver's license and filled out all of the paperwork. She admitted she had someone else pulled up in the computer and just "accidentally " used her info. Second, the Dr was a complete JOKE. He told me my symptoms were just "anxiety" from a "big scary scorpion". No human compassion. I couldn't feel my face for two days. Definitely not anxiety. Never going back here.

I wish I remembered the names of the DR and what I’m assuming is the nurse practitioner. She’s a sweet little pregnant lady. Either way. This has been the best experience I have ever had at any Medical office I have ever been too. The most caring and nurturing people I have ever met from the moment you walk in the door. I wish I could buy them all flowers or dinner. They deserve it! They took so much time in talking with me and going over my medical history and symptoms to provide exceptional care. I don’t even get treated this well at my regular Dr Ofifice. I hope St. Joseph recognizes their job well done and has all of their offices takes notes on this location. Beyond exceptional care. Thank you guys for giving me some hope.
