Jessalynn and Addy were both extremely helpful and patient in scheduling my son's new patient intake. (Multiple back-and-forth by phone to ensure his appointment wouldn't conflict with his upcoming mid-terms.) Much appreciation for this special accommodation, and we both look for to seeing ya'll soon!

Every time we visit we have a great experience. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable! Dr. Andrews takes the time to explain everything after each visit which makes my kids and I more comfortable with my kids orthodontic progress!!

They do beautiful work, and their staff is absolutely amazing! We did have a problem with the financing, on the front end insurance was not billed, so we ended up paying out of pocket for everything. Getting insurance to pay their portion after treatment has been completed is apparently very difficult, so we are out an extra $1,500. That was disappointing. Having dealt with other orthodontists in the area, that billing was taken care of on the front end and we decided to go with another provider because of that billing issue for our other children.

Everyone i know (and my child knows) has referred us to Andrews, and for good reason! They really do an excellent job, have an exceptional staff, a wonderful game room for the kids and the BEST financial plans! I have already referred a few people myself! Daughters happy, I'm happy, its a win win

Beautiful office with the latest state of the art equipment! Everyone was SO friendly, kind, & professional! And, they all have beautiful teeth! Dr Andrews was very nice & thorough! Also very patient with my many questions! Can’t recommend Andrew’s Orthodontics enough!
