I left feeling noticeably looser and more supported. What really stood out was how eye-opening our conversation was. Sasha took the time to explain why these issues can develop and how muscle imbalance, tension, and the nervous system can reinforce each other in a vicious cycle. The best massage I have ever gotten! Highly recommend! Sasha is very nice and personable to start! She is very knowledgeable and you could tell she has had lots of experience and training! I have been to tons of massage places because i travel a lot and i workout 6x a week. So im always tight and tense and she was able to pinpoint the areas that were bothering and found new ones i had no idea about! Her techniques were great along with her stretching me and using the cups as well! Will definitely be coming back to see her! Not only is she great but her place is very nice and clean and organized! Bathroom very clean as well! Overall very happy!

Sasha was amazing. I suffer from osteoarthritis in both knees and she was able to help relieve my pain by breaking up tight muscles and scar tissue around my knees that’s built over years.
