Everyone was very nice and helpful. Especially the nurse waking me after procedure. She repeated what I said exactly. Apparently I said the f-bomb several times. I am in my 60s and a retired pre k teacher. My daughter thought it was hilarious. I’m glad she didn’t judge me!!!! ❤️

The staff took great care to communicate at every step from pre-op to discharge. From the pre-op nurse to the rotating nurse to the anesthesia team, everyone was informative and caring. My only negative experience was finding the right door to enter the building at 6:45am. I wish they made that clear on the phone call the day before surgery.

I gave birth here back in February and it was AMAZING! idk why people talk down on this hospital. L&D was amazing the nurses were so nice and had a lot patients with me as a first time mom. They made switching to the postpartum side so smooth. Those nurses were also really amazing! I stayed for almost a whole week and loved it so much. In my opinion they are better than BSW. The staff doesn’t compare! Everyone is nice and patient with you.

Services were decent. However, this hospital engages in SCAM billing practices and I therefore recommend avoiding this location for any health needs. We went in for a completely routine in-network vaginal delivery with no epidural and zero complications. The baby was out within 90 minutes of walking into the building. We have received well over $30,000 in bills because this location fraudulently upcodes routine births as a level 5 emergency room visit. We were billed for at least 4 different rooms though we only stepped foot in two. We were also billed $6000+ for an out-of-network SURGERY?!? What surgery? Cutting the umbilical cord?! Hospital administrators here should be ashamed of themselves. I didn't realize prior to visiting this establishment that Saint Joseph must be the patron sain

I had a MRI recently and I want to share what a great job St Joseph did. I liked that I was talked to during MRI thru headphones.i was updated on the scans and time.i also enjoyed the music. Everyone was friendly and told me exactly what was going to happen.
