Some people dread going to the doctor, i use to at some point aswell, until I met Dr. Akhavan. She is professional, polite and patient, i never feel rushed during my appointments with her like I've felt before by other Healthcare providers. I honestly wish there were more like her. Tanisha " I hope I got her name right" she is sweet aswell. There's one other tall lady that does my blood work from time to time she is amazing too. It is a pleasure going to a Healthcare facility and you feel genuinely cared for. Thank you ladies. May God bless you all.

I’ve been having issues with this place for a year now ever since my daughter was born because they are very unprofessional. They give you a grace period of 15 minutes to get to your appointment after your set time but than have you sitting for an hour after your appointment in the waiting room while the doctors and nurses are having conversations to the side none work related. Their staff also feels it’s ok to make slick comments and talk about patients badly as they’re waiting to be called because they assume we can’t hear them whispering or talking. Do not bring your children here unless you want to be rage baited every appointment as they make it seem like you’re the problem and as if they’re not unprofessional.

It was a warm and welcoming experience. I felt like I was among family. I really hope that Dr. Washington and her team remains in place for a long time to come. I trust my health and wellbeing to her and she has been activated consistent professional over these many years. The team was very detailed and asked all the right questions. Additionally the provided answers to my questions without delay.

My experience with Doctor SHAHRZAD AKHAVAN was outstanding I love her professionalism. She spends time with you. She explained your diagnosis of your situation. She’s not rushing and I like that. She’s very much on top of your health, making sure that she can get you on right medication’s to help you with your obstacles I just love the experience. I’ve never had a doctor like her and I plan to keep her as my primary as for the receptionist at the front desk. Remember her name but I think she’s an African lady she screwed everything up. She had me waiting for two hours telling me I wasn’t in the system when I was, the appointment was at 11 I didn’t get seen until one because she said I wasn’t in the system coming to find out. I was so that definitely was unacceptable and unprofessional that

The experience was very professional for both me and my husband. You listened to our concerns and suggested resolutions. We were extremely satisfied and we are lucky and happy to have you as our physician. Keep up the good work.
