So my son had an appointment, with Md Rubin it was his first visit. And I must say from the front desk to Dr Rubin the experience was wonderful. His assistant Mr Miguel was extremely helpful and pleasant. Dr. Rubin explained everything in details and the decor and music is very nice.. I would Highly, Highly recommend coming here. This was my first visit to Rubin Orthodontics, and I had a great experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, and Stephanie, who assisted me, was especially kind and helpful. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took the time to walk me through the payment options, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Rubin is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the treatment thoroughly. The office is clean, well-organized, and has a calming atmosphere.
