SSM Health Urgent Care

I had a great experience at SSM Health and wanted to recognize Dr. Monte and his team. They worked like a well-oiled machine from start to finish. My wait time was short, and the staff was both professional and friendly. Dr. Monte took excellent care of me after I cut my hand. He explained each step of the treatment, eased my fears, and was incredibly kind, conversational, and down-to-earth. It made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you to Dr. Monte and the entire team for your time, patience, and compassion. Your care is truly appreciated and does not go unnoticed.

Today we took our daughter to this Urgent Care today. I made a apt. Online. We had a Outstanding experience. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, we got in right away. The Tech was great, put my daughter at Ease immediately and the Nurse Practioner was Amazing. I would definitely recommend this Facility!

Terrible experience. Charged Urgent Care copay before receiving any treatment, then when I did get checked out I was referred to ER as they were unable to help me. Then today I received bill charging it as ER visit. Not only had I already paid Urgent Care copay, they want to justify further cost billing it as an emergency room visit when no care was received. Charted information on my health was also incorrect. Despicable behavior, that taints my views of SSM as a whole. Especially considering how my wife was treated on the phone attempting to rectify the situation. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great addition to our medical community. I used urgent care, seen right on time, and my provider Nicole was great and obviously knows her job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Others may have different experiences but mine was excellent. The overall building is very nice. Has a new car kind of smell to it. Back again with my wife. Every single thing happened just like my visit; Nichole was again the provider, which was great. It's hard to understand how good my experiences are here and then read how terrible some say it is. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

I thought the visit went pretty well until I got home and read the after-visit notes provided on MyChart. The information in the notes is inaccurate and the nurse practitioner either wasn't listening, or didn't care. I hope she reads this; the lack of consideration in the way she provided care is a disservice to her profession. You may have gotten my co-pay, but I'm not paying you anything else. Edit: It makes them kind of mad when you tell them you're not going to pay the bill, I guess (judging from the rude phone call I received earlier.) I'm just gonna reiterate what I said farther up: collecting inaccurate information due to your inability to listen is sloppy and dangerous. Once it's put in writing, it becomes a misrepresentation of me as a patient
