SSM Health Pharmacy

I have had nothing but excellent experience with this pharmacy. Walmart made me stand in line one too many times to be told they didn't have my prescription ready so I called the clinic pharmacy and they had all my meds transferred in an hour and this type of prompt and courteous service has continued with each of my trips there. Highly recommend!!

This is from Blue Cross/Blue SHeild of Oklahoma on why my Copay is different than what was quoted by insurance..."I did locate the pricing for SSM health pharmacy they are charging 20 dollar copay, I do show that walmart, harrison discount pharmacy, walgreens, and shawnee drug is showing a 10 dollar copay." Looks like I'm switching pharmacies

Did business there for over 20 years. Called today to inquire if my meds were ready yet. Told they couldn't fill them as usual. Needed to get new prescriptions. As they can't fill them as written. Have same meds for over 5 years. When asked to speak to someone else she hung up.

Making people aware that when they aren't accepting your insurance (at no fault of my own) they are not very cooperative in assisting with a transition to another pharmacy. As matter of fact, they probably still have my RX on hold that they still over 1 month later have yet to handle with professionalism and courtesy.

This was a great local pharmacy until ssm took it. Since the turnover 4 people in my house have been affected. I've received the wrong medication, no communication on authorizations, and filling medication I didn't ask for saying it was the one I requested. Once we asked if they could fill an urgent medication, they didn't check dosage, and we had to spend a whole day getting it transferred to another pharmacy. I've been waiting on a medication to get filled for over a month now with no updates.
