Rae is amazing. She is so kind and friendly. The space is very calm and serene. Rae is attentive and is great about explaining what she is doing and the process. I have frozen shoulder and in 2 sessions I have gained a lot more movement. I cannot say enough about how professional and caring she is. 10 out 10 recommend!

I've been to see Rae twice now and she has been fantastic both times. Not only is she very personable and professional, her space is positive, welcoming and so comfortable. Rae is very good at what she does! She ask questions and makes sure you're comfortable and that the pressure is what is best for you. She is also incredibly knowledgable and will answer any questions you might have regarding anatomy and/or physiology. I can't wait to go back!

My husband and I received a massage from Rae as a Xmas gift and it was the best gift ever. She is the best at what she does and very knowledgeable. Conversation was very nice she is just the sweetest. We have since gone back again and will be making appointments once a month or so. You really need to give her a try you will truly be blessed at how good you feel afterwards.
